We love discovering new products! The process of joining our family of suppliers is:
Supplier registration:Go to our websiteSell your products on ExtraVirgen.Store. There is a form where we will ask you for key information: your company data (RUT, legal and trademark name), type of products you offer, certifications (if any, e.g. organic, gluten-free, etc. You can even attach catalogs or photos.
Initial evaluation:An internal committee will review your application. We analyze: product quality (does it fit into our gourmet portfolio?), presentation and packaging (we seek to make it attractive and safe), service life (we prefer products with good service life for logistics), regulatory compliance (must have health resolution, trade union demand).We do not seek exclusivitybut we do value that it is somewhat differentiating.
Tasting meeting:If you pass the theoretical filter, we will contact you to request samples. We can schedule a face-to-face or online meeting for your products to us. We liketry them😋, listening to your story (inbound is also storytelling), and resolving mutual doubts.
Approval and trade terms:If we love the product and see possibility, we conclude an agreement. We define:
Business model:can bebuy from supplier(we buy you stock at a certain wholesale price and then sell us) orappropriation/marketplace(you maintain ownership until sale and we agree committee).
Price:agreed cost and suggested price of sale. We want fair margins for both of them. We will give you feedback if your suggested price seems out of the market; the idea is to reach a competitive one that keeps you room and too.
Logistics:do you deliver to us in Santiago warehouse? Can we schedule collections? We define initial stock level (we usually start with modest quantities until we see rotation).
Contract:We formalize by means of a supplier contract where conditions (payment method, deadlines, confidentiality, etc.). We are transparent and equitable.
Loaded products on platform:Our team will upload photos, descriptions (we can use yours, highlighting benefits). We will ask you to validate that everything is right.
Release:We will coordinate launch date on ExtraVirgen.Store. We may do a small introduction campaign (networking "Welcome [Your Brand] to our store", email highlighting your new product with discounted release). This gives input visibility.
And you're done! You will start receiving orders. We take care of the sales, marketing, logistics to the end customer part. You just have stock prepared and track how the sale is going.
