Order number:a single code (#) that identifies your order.
Date and time of purchase.
Status of order:Pending payment, Paid, In preparation, Shipped, Delivered, etc. We update the status at each stage so you know at what stage it is.
Product details:list of items purchased in that order, with quantities and prices.
Total paid, payment method used and tribute document (invoice or ballot).
If you click on a specific order, you can see additional information such as the shipping address applied, the tracking of the dispatch (if it was already shipped) and options for downloading the corresponding electronic invoice.
Tracking of shipment:Once your order is dispatched, we will assign a tracking number. You will find it in the details of the order and we will also send it to you by email. With it, you can track the package on the logistics operator portal (e.g. Chilexpress, Chilexpress, etc.).
