What do I do if my payment was rejected or I have trouble paying?

It may happen that when you try to pay you encounter a rejection or error. Don't worry! Here we guide you to resolve it:

  • Verify the card details:Make sure you have entered the card number, expiration date and CVV code correctly. An incorrect digit will lead to immediate rejection.

  • Funds and limits:Check with your bank that your card has a balance available (in case of debit) or quota (in case of credit). Sometimes cards have daily security limits; perhaps you reached the limit and you need to extend it by calling the bank.

  • Secure 3D authentication:Many cards require authenticating the purchase via SMS code or bank app (3D Secure). If you did not complete that step or the code did not arrive, the transaction may become incomplete. Try again and keep your phone handy to authorize.

  • Try another method:If payment by card continues to fail, tryother cardif you have, or usebank transfer. We have enabled multiple ways for your convenience. You can even divide payments (e.g. pay partially by gift card and the rest by card).

  • Contact your bank:Sometimes, the bank blocks the purchase because it considers it "unusual" (especially whether it is a high amount or first time you buy in this trade).   • Error on the page:If you suspect it is a failure on our website (for example, the page was left thinking, or showed an unknown error message),do not try to repeat multiple times without verifying. It could be a temporary mistake. You can:

    • Check your email in case order confirmation arrived (perhaps payment did happen even if you see an error).

    • Check in your bank if there is an outstanding charge.

    • Contact us by chat or mail: we will confirm whether or not the order entered our system, and we will guide you.

  • Wholesale purchases:If your purchase is very large (e.g. several hundred thousand pesos), sometimes debit cards have transaction stops.
