At ExtraVirgen.Store we accept multiple payment methods, all100% securethrough certified platforms. Options include:
Credit and debit cards:You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Magna, etc., by credit and bank debit cards. The processing is carried out throughdifferent solutions that we have availablecomplying with PCI DSS security protocols. Your card data is transmitted in encrypted form;we do not store your card information in our systems.
Electronic bank transfer:If you prefer, we offer the payment by transfer/deposit option through some solutions, such as Fintoc. When you select this option, you will be provided with the bank details for transfer. Once the transfer is made, you will need to send the voucher to the mail indicating the solution or to our payment email.Note:Orders by Fintoc transfer are processed immediately and in our own account when we confirm receipt of payment in our account.
Digital payments (Wallets):You can also use local digital wallets. For example,MarketPayment,if they are enabled at the time of your purchase. These options allow you to pay quickly without entering the card details every time.
Payment on invoice (companies):For previously approved company customers or wholesalers, we can enablecredit payment(billing 15 to 30 days) subject to evaluation. This is coordinated with our business team when registering your company account.(See Business Customers section for details.)

In addition, we have trusted eCommerce CCS (Camber of Commerce of Santiago) certification, which ensures that we meet quality and safety standards on our site.
International purchases:If you are buying from abroad by international card, make sure your card is enabled for payments in Chile/Chilean pesos. Currency conversion will be done by your bank automatically.
Council:After completing the payment, wait for the redirection back to our store. Don't close the window until you see the confirmation of "Thank you for your purchase!" This makes sure that the transaction was registered correctly. If you have any doubt (for example, you were discounted the money but you do not see confirmation), please contact us immediately with the details, and we will resolve any inconvenience.
