We all love discounts! If you have apromotional code(received by newsletter subscription, special campaign, etc.) or agift cardtake advantage of it by following these steps:

• In the Cart:When you've added products, go to your cart. Below the item list, you will see a field that says"Discount code or Gift Card" during the chekout. Enter your code exactly as you have it (case/lowercase respect, no extra spaces) and click"Apply".

• The system will validate the code. If it is correct and in force, you will see that the total is updated by discounting the profit (either a percentage or fixed amount). The name of the applied promotion will also appear. For example: "10% subscriber discount- -$3,000" subtotal, or "Gift Card- -$20,000."

• Conditions:Please note that some codes have particular conditions: they may require a minimum purchase amount, be valid only for certain products or categories, or have expiration date. These conditions are usually communicated together with the code. If your code does not work, verify that:

  • It has not expired (many welcome coupons expire after 30 days, for example).

  • You are complying with the minimum purchase (if applicable).

  • Products in your cart are eligible (a coupon may be specific to "live oils" and would not apply if you only carry teas, for example).

  • You have not used it before (codes are usually single-use per customer, unless otherwise noted).

• Gift Cards:If you have an ExtraVirgen.Store digital gift card, the process is the same. The gift card code is entered in the same discount field. If the gift card balance covers the total, you will not have to pay anything additional. If the balance is less than the total, it will be deducted and then you can pay the difference with another method.

• Automatic promotions:Some promotions (e.g. "2x1 in Kombuchas" or "carries 3 pays 2 in sauces") are automatically applied to the cart without code. In such cases, you will see the discount reflected once you add the necessary amount of products. For example, if the promotion is "Try 4 oils pays 3 (the cheapest free)", by adding 4 oils to the cart, one of them will appear at $0.
