How can I track my purchase (tracking)?

Tracking is very simple and gives you peace of mind to know where your gourmet box is going:

  • Shipping notification:As we mention, when we dispose of your order, you will receive an email whose subject is usually "Your Order #1234 has been sent". In the body of the mail you will find afollow-up link. Simply click on it and the logistics operator's page will open with the updated status. If the link does not work with click, copy it and paste it into your browser.

  • Tracking portal:Alternatively, visit the courier website (e.g. Starken, Chilexpress, Bluexpress) and manually enter the tracking code provided. In our email we clearly indicate which shipping company we are using and the associated number. At all times you can see tracking in My Orders.

  • Common States:

    • In collection/original:means that it is in our warehouse waiting to be taken by the courier or just picked up.

    • In transit:is on its way to the destination city, perhaps going through intermediate distribution centres.

    • Casting:It is already in your city! A dealer takes you en route to deliver it that day (this is the most exciting state, make sure it is available).

    • Delivered:should indicate the date, time and possibly name of who received (e.g. "Delivered to recipient" or "Received by Juan Pérez"). Verify that it matches your reception.

  • Issues detected in tracking:If you see a state such as "Insufficient Address" or "Docent Recipient/Docused," contact us immediately. We may contact the courier to reschedule delivery or supplement the information.Council:Check your address in the order confirmation to rule out errata. If you detect an error, let us know as soon as possible to correct it before it breaks clear.

  • I did not receive the shipping email:First, check spam. If nothing is yet, your order may not yet come out (it is being prepared). Remember the estimated deadlines. Anyway, you can always enter"My Orders"in your account: when you open your order you will see the tracking right there when it has been sent.

ExtraVirgen.Store partners with reliable couriers and internally monitors batch shipments internally. We have staff dedicated to verifying that packages marked as"not delivered"or"Waiting"are resolved soon. You are never alone in this.
