Do they ship throughout Chile? What is the cost of dispatch?
Coverage:Yes,we ship to all of Chilefrom Arica to Punta Arenas, including Easter Island and special territories. For the Metropolitan Region we have full coverage, and for regions we use logistics operators that reach up to remote locations. If you live in a very isolated rural area we also have alternatives for you!
Cost:The shipping cost depends on your location and the weight/volume of the package. Our system automatically calculates the cost at checkout when you enter your commune.Examples:
Within urban Santiago, a typical package (2-5 kg) usually costs between $3,000 and $4,500 in standard shipping.
Shipments to nearby regions (Valparaíso, La Serena) can be around $5,000-$9,000 depending on weight.
Shipments to the southern end (Magellan) or extreme areas can cost more, ~$9,000-$12,000, due to distance.
Dispatch promotions:We often have promos like"Lowered office"or"Free shipping on a certain amount". For example, currentlyover $34,990 purchase we give you $3,990 in your officewhich means that we subsidy that amount of the freight (if the cost was $5,000, you only pay $1.010; if it was $3,990 or less, you get free). How to know the cost before purchasing:You can use the shipment calculator in your cart. Add your products, go to cart and enter your region and commune to get an instant quote on the shipping cost. This way you avoid surprises before going through box.
Customers from Santiago:We have preferential rates per volume. In addition, in some central communes we offer "express clearance" at fixed cost.
Customers from regions:We consolidate large shipments into a few packages to save costs. Sometimes, a large package is suitable than several small. Our system already optimizes this automatically.
International shipments:If you are from abroad and you are interested in buying our products (e.g. a gourmet pack of Chilean oils), try to buy to see if couriers are available at the moment. Otherwise please contact us to evaluate on a case-by-case basis. We can quote international shipment even if you bear in mind that costs can be high and import taxes at destination.
