How long will I receive my order?

We understand the thrill of receiving your products soon 😊. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Metropolitan Region (Santiago):We normally deliver between1 and 3 working daysafter your purchase has been confirmed. Many times we get your order to ensure that if you buy in the morning (before 13:00), your order comes out the same day and reach the next business day. At peak periods (CyberDays, Christmas) it could be extended to 72 working hours due to high demand, but we always strive to be fast.

  • Nearby regions (Valparaíso, O'Higgins, Bío-Bío, etc.):Approximately3 to 5 working days. In major cities such as Valparaíso/Viña, Concepción, La Serena, it usually takes 2-4 days. For rural areas within these regions, it could be an extra day.

  • Far regions (Antofagasta, Magellan, Aisén):Between5 and 7 working daystypically. For example, Punta Arenas we consider up to 7 working days. Sometimes they arrive earlier, but we prefer to play safely in the estimate.

  • Islands (Chiloé, Juan Fernández, Easter):It depends on ship/aircraft combinations. Easter may take 1-3 weeks because we consolidate weekly air shipments. Juan Fernández equally coordinates with available flights. In these special cases, we will keep you informed of the timetable.

Once we deliver the package to the courier,we will notify you by email with a tracking number. You can track it online and see areal-time status(e.g. "On the road", "In cast", etc.). We recommend monitoring it, especially when it is "in distribution", to make sure it is available for reception.

Occasional delays:While we work with efficient logistics, external factors can affect (climate times, transport strikes, sanitary quarantines, etc.). We ask you for patience if this happens; in parallel, we will be pushing on the courier and keeping you aware of.Our promise:We will not leave you without your order, yet we must send it several times at our cost. If a package is lost en route (rare, but it can pass), we take responsibility: we will forward the products at no additional cost or refund you, according to your preference.

Orders with multiple items:If one of your products (e.g. an imported oil) indicates a longer period of availability, we will wait to have everything to ship it together, unless you tell us that you prefer partial shipment (could generate an extra cost). But in general, we consolidate for your convenience and economy.
